Over the last 8 months, I have gained 40 lbs. (thats good) . And during those months, I learned many things that Any person needs. Let's re-cap;
protein is ESSENTIAL, if you stay active, its usually in the morning,.your body NEEDS its to burn
water,,hydrate your-self..drink plenty of good, CLEAN water....always Give your body natural ingrediants it knows. If your body does not recognize substituted food,,then find a natural that works for you and your body. Your body cannot be fooled,,eat many nuts,veggies,fruits, wash off the fertilizer,, there ya go. Read the label! If you cannot pronounce it..Don't buy it! Many food Companies use a salt or salt SUB -for canning sales (VERY BAD FOR YOU)
The whole thing about this thread...Eat Natural foods,,give your body a chance to to its job!
