It's been so bad with the problems my mum had a meeting with the care company she taken a full list of the problems, IE not locking my key safe up leaving my keys on show that happen multi times ( the safe is new and there is nothing wrong with it), talking about and naming other clients health conditions also home address! so they were doing the same about me!, not turning up at all for there shift,there was so much more that went on it's to much to put down. we've wrote to my social worker about whats happened and later that day my social worker phoned me up to say she's taken the company off the books because they were so bad. I am now waiting to see if I'll get any more help from another company to be honest I am dreading it.
