Flu & bug season

It's flu & bug season, I've been lucky to get a couple of colds and my husbands had a chest infection and even the cats have had colds!! But Sunday I woke up with full blown flu! Don't ask where I got it I don't I have no idea. I spent yesterday in bed all day and today I ache all over, totally bunged up, sore throat and keep going hot and cold. Just feel rotten! And I hope it won't last too long.

one thing we found here was wearing the face masks for main covid two years there was very little cold or flu around was one good thing from covid maybe lol
we cant be wearing masks all the time altho some still do if in a crowded situation or on public transport

My husband & I do wear masks in medical buildings and busy places because I have a low immune system. We think I got this from my husband from his work, he may have carried the germ and I caught it.

none of us can be protected all the time and a bug will slip thru when we dont expect it
