Seeking Advice on Assisted Living Options for Young Adult in Wheelchair

I’m helping a young woman, Victoria, who uses a wheelchair and is looking for an assisted living facility. She’s currently in Bulgaria, but we are exploring options for her to move to Spain or other EU countries, as Bulgaria is not well equipped for wheelchair accessibility.Any recommendations on facilities, organizations, or advice on how to find suitable living arrangements would be a huge help.Thanks in advance!
