Hi all! To all people with Epilepsy it's not hard to live with this condition once you have the right dose of medicine that your going to take. Of course you need to take it every day. In mine case I only take meds 2 times a day. At one point I was taking pills 3 times a day. Also try not to let the stress get to you cause that sometimes bring on a seizure. If I do have aseizure it's to write in a calender to tell the Dr.
I wish this person luck!

I can totally relate to what you are saying.
I have been an Epilepsy suffere all my life and have been on various doses of medicine, in both tablet and liquid forms. My condition doesn't bother me that much at all, although I know how to deal with it if and when the worse I think is going to happen.

I suffer from 'non-epileptic sezuires' it's under the epilepsy umbrella. And I could have from 1 sezuire to 10 sezuires a day when I was bad with it. Now I have medication that keeps me under control.
My sezuires are brought on by stress if I'm really upset or angrey So I have to keep myself under control other wise I get my pointers that tell me it going to happen.
I have learned to cope with this and with the help of meds and the control exercises that I have been taught which consist of breathing exercises and counting I cope well everyday.I haven't had a sezuire in 6 months now and I'm very happy about that.

That's good. Epilepsy affects different people in diferent ways. Therefore, we find our own way of coping with them. I never really thought that stress could trigger Epilepsy. I have learnt something new today!
