Dyspraxia: What is it? How Does it Affect Me? Presented with An Adult

I am so excited for you to meet Whitney Choi. She is 29 years old and has athetoid cerebral palsy. She is a Level 4 on the Gross Motor Function Classification System. She has moderate to severe physical involvement due to quadriplegia and dyspraxia. She can walk with a walker but uses a power wheelchair for day-to-day mobility. She goes to college and hopes to be a writer. She uses a communication device to help her be understood by others. These interviews are broken up into 10-15 minute segments and were filmed in separate locations over several days.

It’s amazing to see her navigating college and everyday life with such independence and drive. Looking forward to seeing how she shares her perspective — these kinds of interviews are so important.
