Arnie's connection to me

I've never experienced this from a cat before but Arnie seems to have a strong emotional connection to me. I've noticed it for a while now but since the accident it seems to be stronger. He's always close to me and when I start to feel down and sad he climbs onto my lap and starts nudging and rubbing his head on my chin and kissing me. He has been such a good help recently as I've been very low and weepy and just feel ugly. Here's where he was in connection to me yesterday above my seat.
