I'm going through a divorce and apart from DLA and carers allowance and ESA I have a medical retirement pension.
This is my only income and as I have a lifelong chronic illness I wont be able to work again.
Will my ex wife be able to claim part of my pension, she has a job herself.
There're are no children involved.
