Everyone defeats Spider-Man. (Seriously, Spider-Man has been killed 15 times in various series, to either 1. End the series, 2. Be resurrected somehow or, 3. Replaced by a new Spider-Man in the same series.

I would consider this statement to be untrue, as Spider-Man has many archenemies. However:
