What is it with men and sports car? Is it an ego thing or making up for other 'short' comings I wonder?

Yeah, whenever I see a middle aged man in a red convertible, I figure he is on his way to get his Viagra prescription filled.

When we went on holiday to Wales last year, the hotel lent me a mobility scooter, it was great. Only trouble is poor George couldn't keep up with me! My friend and I raced along the promenade in our scooters and a teenage girl joined in with her wheelchair, and she beat me, oh, the shame! seriously tho it made a big difference to me getting out and about, as I can't usually walk too far with a stick. Parking it back at the hotel is another story..... let's just say that I scraped the whole of one leg, bruised my knee and the scooter will never be the same again. George had to go in the bar and buy me a double brandy to stop me shaking .... and of course, he had to have one, or two ....... oh the memories!
