Yesterday saw the end of the 1st Invictus Games, it was an amazing 4 days and saw disabled war veterans showing how disabled people there is more you can do after being injured or disabled. Even some the athletes wouldn't let their fellow athletes come second or third instead coming over the line together. It was so heart warming to see and hopefully showed others who have recently become disabled that being disabled in't the end of your life but you can do anything if you put your heart and soul in to it. It was great to hear there will be more Invictus Games in the future as this one will change many peoples life's not just disabled veterans.
