I discovered by way of deteriorating into what is known as crisis, that I have a very rare form of Muscular Dystrophy, called Myasthenia Gravis, some call it generalized meaning it has taken over basically my whole body or many parts rather than a specific area, and that is also considered the rarest type, Musk pos, with no cure and only experimental treatments for some relief. Some days are good, others are not so much.. A former construction worker, I am still muscular , large build but admittedly gaining weight and fighting it.. I enjoy the outdoors, quiet mornings and photography, fishing , hunting, atv riding. road trips, though I cant do any of those any more. I live in very rural S. E. Missouri USA on top of one of the Ozark Mtns and enjoy early mornings outside with a cup of coffee and piece of mind. I am a Strong Christian striving with faults. I am married and have two grown adopted boys, 18 -21. They have learned to move on..
I used to have many friends but since I cant do the things they do, well they dont come around any more. I am looking for friends to communicate with since although some days I can get out and about, I dont go very far and really dont have any where to go.i have long out-lived expectations, and since everything from Doc's is an "I dont know", we take it one day at a time.

Ideally I would like to meet someone disabled near me that I could visit in mornings when I feel good , just to chat over a cup of coffee, tea etc .. My wife likes to sleep late and hates coffee .. By the time she gets up, I am all ready wearing out for the day, that is the nature of the disease. hope to hear from you. Dusty
