Samshew1 I wonder where January went. I missed January because I had chiropractic appointments, brace appointments, and physical therapy appointments in January.
How are you? Maybe I can do better in February.

Lettie I was starting to worry about you. so good to hear from you. That was how I felt when I had the attack with all the medications and rehab sessions. I don't go anymore to the hospital for my rehab, I do it by myself. I am doing fine. Hope you are fine, too. Last Christmas, I went with my oldest son, a doctor, and family to Bohol, an island close to her and we saw the smallest monkey in the world.

We also went to see the Chocolate Hills, another wonder in the world but I just avoided climbing the highest peak because of my condition. The new photo in my profile was taken on the river cruise about the floating restaurant (see photo) while the live band played native songs. The boat stopped for us to witness a beautiful presentation where some guests from our group danced with them.
