Diagnosed with MADD ( mixed anxiety and major depressive disorder ) . I am housebound and can’t work. I struggle to do things and cry often. I joined so I can talk to people who can relate and don’t trigger me as my family are not disabled and so don’t understand what I’m going through . I frequently have panic attacks from trying to explain to them stuff. I have no friends or family that can relate so I joined to find a community because I feel so different and alone and like my brain is faulty .

Sometimes I listen to soothing music . I like eating sometimes but I have a binge eating issue and prone to addiction so stopped that .nothing else really interests me . I like talking sometimes and helping others too .
