Cerebral palsy

Greetings! I want to start out by saying up front that I'm a follower of Jesus. Now, please don't let that scare you off! I'm not here to convert you--but I will answer, to the best of my ability, any honest questions you ask.

That said, I'm really just a guy in the southern US who loves to meet and get to know others. We all need someone to talk to at times, without feeling judged or pressured. Why not be that for each other?

If you are a follower of Jesus, I'd love to connect with you about your faith journey, growth in Christ, and your life in general. If you're not, I'd love to connect with you about life, culture, all the things.

I have many interests--writing, reading, teaching, being outdoors, art, museums, history, and the list goes on and on! I recently began in the sport of archery and I am finding it highly rewarding.

No need to be perfect, no need to be a people-pleaser. Say what you think. Or in the words of the old Billy Joel song:

"I don't want clever conversation
I never want to work that hard,
I just want someone that I can talk to
I want you just the way you are"

I'm pretty eclectic. I'm a child of the 80s, so I love the music of that decade--and the couple of decades before that. I still like the "old" country (Conway, Loretta, George, etc.). I also like some jazz and classical (thanks to my dad's influence). I mostly listen to Christian music these days, but even then my tasts are diverse--from modern worship stuff to the classic CCM days of the 80s-2000s to Christian Rock. It all depends on my mood.
