anxiety & depression & COPD

I am a retired Carer. I am an easy going person with agsoh and very caring. I enjoy getting outdoors into the country or beach where its quiet. I dislike crowded noisey places. I love wildlife and nature. I have a degenerative spinal condition and a lung disease C.O.P.D. I try to get out as much as i can and need new friends to give me incentive and a better possitive outlook to overcome my anxiety and depression.

Music of 60's 70's & 80's
computer repairs - love the countryside & wildlife and love the beach. Was an avid fisherman but gave it up but still love the coast and beaches.

No real pref as pending mood I like 60's - 80's music.
