I have had active rheumatoid arthritis for 45 years & it's so severe now that I'm bedbound & use a wheelchair, transfer with a Hoyer lift. Plus I broke my right leg 6 1/2 years ago & it has never healed & never will. I have a live in caregiver.
I have ran a nonprofit snail mail pen pal club for the disabled for 22 years. It's called Handicapped Friends Pen Pal Club & I publish a quarterly newsletter for the club.

I am a quiet and caring person is struggling to find new friends, as unable to leave the house alone. I was diagnosed with a long-standing brain stem lesion and spastic paraparesis a year ago although have had it since birth

I don't get out much due to my mental illnesses. Using the computer has helped me not to do "escape sleeping" as much... I also have asthma, arthritis, diabetes and have had 10 surgeries on my left leg & ankle. I'll take more surgery if it'll let me keep my foot...
