Hello from the app guy :)

Hi all,

My name is Dan, and I am the technical lead at an Australian-based charity that focuses on community and health.

We do lots of spinoff apps, and our latest creation is a "disability service finder" for people with disabilities. What the app allows the user to do is find services near them. The services are things like:

• Government based services
• Health Focused Services
• Sporting or social groups for the disabled
• Meetups and other community based services

The app is completely free, no ads and is purely just to help those in need using a subset of our data.

I was hoping to reach out to the disabled community and ask for feedback around this. Any ideas, suggestions or maybe even a useful thing to name it would be awesome.

Is this the right place to ask this sort of thing? and if I post screenshots of what we have so far would it help?

Hi all, there has been a number of people reach out to me directly but the website won't let me message them yet.

Three screenshots are attached, unfortunately the app will only be available in Australia because we don't have disability service information.

Any feedback, naming suggestions or general suggestions would be great. I will let everyone know once it is eventually on the store in a few weeks for those users in Australia

WOULD not benefit those in other countries.

It looks good, but probably you will get limited users using it.
