What you do when you are alone in Chat Room ?

It is very frustrating to find ourselves alone in a chat room. You wait and wait. Many times it may so happen that no body comes in and if by chance somebody peeps in, before you say 'Hi !' runs out. It is like driving through a desert without any companion or communication.

What you do in such a case ?

I practice 'cave painting', thanks to Karl. I use the tiny picture (emotions) to decorate the chat room walls. Some times I paste one picture from end to end, and another time I may try to compose a scene using various pictures. Of the small pictures I like the rain bow and trees. Snail and tortoise represent the traffic flow in chat room. Some times I use random collection of pictures.

I too have been alone in chat and I was wondering if it might be an idea for us all to arrange a time on a daily basis when we can meet? It feels very lonely being in a chat room alone xx

I agree with the frustrations of both of the messages regarding the chat room. i know other folks are frustrated as well. Some have even begun to talk with themselves. lol
I like your idea Christine about agreeing to a time. Time zone differences may frustrate some folks however.
I live in the U.S. eastern time zone.

I have been alone in the chat room several times as well. Usually I stay online for a while and if no one appears, I go offline. I think it sounds like a great idea to set a time when we can meet up, though I agree that the time differences between us might cause problems. I am in Sweden and we are one our ahead of England. Maybe we could try to do it in our evening. Then it would be sort of early afternoon in the US.
