playing doctor, that is, playing with medications................which will carry me on the highs or on the lows........................... :) :( :whistle: :whistle: :whistle:

You shouldn't play god with medication, doctors give it to you for a serious reason. It's not for us to mess with how much we take or not take, and when to start or stop taking it. It can be serious to stop medication without talking to our doctors. So that is a bad habit that should be nipped in the bud quickly Laura.:(

Thanks Amanda, I realize that everytime I do it, so I stop, behave for a while, then after maybe a year maybe more fall in the trap again..................But Ive always paid for the consequences, havent I this time too, my dear?

Anyway im fine now, as fine as i could possibly be.................

We all do that at sometime in our life, I think it's because we get to relaxed in our day to day ups and downs and we get took off track temporarily and it confuses our minds and we forget to do simple things like take our meds at a certain time. I hold my hands up and say it has happened to me as well.:blush:

My hubby says I make weird noises in my sleep, not sure what the noises are but he is convinced I make these noises!:huh:
