I can feel lonely in a crowd of people, if you are not with your special person I guess you feel lonely

I do know that feeling to sandie, I've been there a few times at parties and just in a crowd of people.

When you realise that special person is gone forever the feeling of loss is so devestating you feel you may never get over it

It does get better with time,my Husband's father passed away a few years ago and we both loved him very, very much and the loss we felt suffocated us for 12mnths but gradually with time that has eased and now we look at the good times rather than feel sad because that is how he would want us to remember him. You can't keep feeling low otherwise it will consume you and you will become ill from it. Maybe you need to speak to a professional about it like a doctor.

I did speak to Scott's Phycologist when she was here yesterday she seems to think I'm doing ok, it's just silly little things that set off the tears.
