While Sandie turns into the Tinman from the Wizard of Oz, I am becoming the Cowardly Lion, wondering if it's safe to go outside. Weather forcasts have been quite unreliable lately. The puddle under me is ONLY rain water..

I need oiling today. Joints seized up. But yesterday got into the garden, prepared some pots for spring and had a large bunch of gladili to vase. Today overcast and miserable but can at least look at the fruits of my labours yesterday. Good old Sussex by the Sea! Misnomer me thinks!

Children and teens back at school. Mums and Dads have been tearing their hair out. Monday and the Summer has come at least in Sussex. Sun cream slaveringg time. Is that a word?

Sun setting as I type this. The nights are drawing in. Soon be Autumn, then Winter. The weather reports we get then could be very interesting, especially any from Australia! "Strewth cobber, send some snow! Boiling me b*m off here!"
