Hi I'm back! in my previous form I stated that I needed a break from this website because I was going through a lot of personal issues at home. I have finally found a therapist starting next week which I'm glad but overall I'm doing good. I'm just taking one step at a time, that's all it matters. Hope you like my poem, have a great day whoever is reading this!.

So glad your back! And good on you for finding a therapist so quickly, beautiful poem by the way, beautiful. Yes it's best to take one step at a time or even one day at a time. With illnesses and disabilities you never no one day to the next how you are going to feel. Welcome back
