Hi, I'm back after my Operation and recovery!!

Hello new and old members! Well it's my 1st day back after time off to recover from my total knee replacement! So if anyone has any questions or just wants to PM me you can do so and I will get back to you. Great to be back!!!

i was able to have my brother off a week, then mom hired a care person for 8 weeks
she did meals ran me to appts pt arrands bank drug store and did my grocery shopping

the first 2 weeks get some rest

listen to your knee it will tell if you are doing too little or too much

the pt and rehab is super vital

Thank you for advise, did all that, now just getting used to moving about on it and doing the rehab, go to a special 'knee Gym' that was set up especially for people getting over knee replacements! It's got lots of equipment like walking machines, bikes, wobble boards, ect that helps get you stronger and Physio's who help in other exercises that get you stronger and they assess your progress. Also dealing with a rash and hot feeling over my knee and leg that the replacement was done on which is driving me nuts cause it's keeping me up at night! Any advice on that will be a god send!!
