Here is a website devoted to making movies accessible for blind people:

Not really a “Chit Chat” type of message, but I figured this would be the best way to get this message out to people on this site.

If you went to the website, and watched the video explaining how/what they do, is that they describe what is happening on screen, while not interfering with the dialogue.
