Gym thing early......sauna room for ten to fifteen minutes....Went to Garden Centre in deep hour of need....Lunch......Caught up with some dvd films xxxx

Well i had a day of it on thursday/friday i can tell you and iv not been on much to say hi so im sorry guys it was fun but rough on the old bod all them ruddy apptmts. Went to see Dr Skyrme about my feet. Only actually saw his assistant but he was a lovley warm geezer who didnt act like touching me bleedin feet, \"which were i might add clean enough to wash yer face wiv\" was gonna give him some incurable form of LURGYS (echoing a cackle responded bouncing off the surrounding walls :woohoo: :evil: ) But i digress from my point as so often i do lol. They want me to use these painfull inserts in my shoes and are giving me crutches to use instead of my cane. How very gauche ill be bell of the ball. What ball? Yea your right id have to have a life that involved coices for that. God im maudlin tonight. Think i shoulda started the feeling sorry for meself thread with it. Sorry guys. Kidney consult next week. Scared cold bout it....
