Yo lets kick our eating habit up a notch for March National Nutrition Month

As spring begins in some parts of the country, let’s get more colorful and nutritious foods back on our plates. And take on “Eat Right with Color “

Adding a splash of colorful seasonal foods to your diet makes for a more than just a festive meal but a healthy one... let’s dump the junk food mentality (if for but a month but hopefully forever)
Eating right includes more than just calories, in fact we all need the basic essentials nutrients for a better health living style.

Green produce indicates antioxidant potential beneficial to all, helping vision and reducing cancer risks as so determined nationwide...

Fruits: avocado, apples, grapes, honeydew, kiwi and the lime and variables per country !

Vegetables: Artichoke, asparagus, broccoli, green beans green peppers, and leafy greens such spinach.

Orange and deep yellow fruits and vegetables contain nutrients that promote healthy vision and immunity and reduces the risk of many things including studies indication some cancers.

So choose a variety of colors, new items not previously thought of for additional color palette, be fresh , frozen and/or dried and vegetables available throughout the year… so let’s get on the bandwagon to change our lifestyles in eating habits...

Lets include some good ole grilled chicken instead of fried  topped with some good ole salsa  sweet potato now N then over a white potato  add some spinach, asparagus and toss in a orange slice to perk it up a notch 

Make it visually appealing as well as a tasty pleasing meal 

SO back to basics dump the junk:evil: , start eating healthy for our own good  we can do it, we can try and we can succeed  to a better enriched lifestyle  but if on a special diet then go with what is prescribed per individual 

You know the fundamentals ;) , Now apply them in a positive way  Thanks  jj ~
