Most Shower chairs are foreign made and like all a short duration of safe use.

Aluminum and other metals deteriorating .

Buy a new one. IF high end it's the same as any other as quality is not present.

As anyone got one of them shower seats that are screwed to the wall. you can't move them at all. You can't even turn it round. Because it is screwed to the wall. I hate them there not very comfortable for sitting on.

I have a puffy kind of seat in the bathroom so I sit on that if I need to sit down

It is usually sometimes or often that I need to sit down I usually turn the shower off then sit down and then once I have had a rest then I usually can turn the shower back on and stand under the shower.

I am always fascinated by the things we do as part of our becoming disability aware. Perhaps this would be a good topic for us to share. What techniques do we all use for this and that situation... It would be very powerful and helpful. Maybe one of the moderators will follow through on this...
