James.
One has to go with the disabilities/s and do our very best in maneuvering them
Not all pleasant but to sustain life in a sober happier mode, we must.
Life is too precious to let it pass by regardless of situation
One blessing is this contraption to communicate with others, enjoying differences of country, state or experiences
in general.
Life is not as we like it, however, to enjoy we must adapt to make it our way :)
Positive it is 24/7 365

I try to not let my disabilities rule me, I try and stay positive and find music helps, today's playlist is Florence and the machine! It gets me moving and singing along which releases happy endorphins . Sure I have days when I'm down but I try and get through that day by talking to friends and family.
