What bad habit do you have?

We all do that at sometime in our life, I think it's because we get to relaxed in our day to day ups and downs and we get took off track temporarily and it confuses our minds and we forget to do simple things like take our meds at a certain time. I hold my hands up and say it has happened to me as well.:blush:

Biting my nails..........wish I was loose enough to bit my toe nails xxxx

My hubby says I make weird noises in my sleep, not sure what the noises are but he is convinced I make these noises!:huh:

Ive found myself shouting at the television .... particularly when the riots were going on ,on the news....Think Im becoming my father xxxx

Relying too much on others.....................everytime I do that I ought to remind myself to stop right away............silly me !:silly: :silly: :silly:
