Hi all!
While waiting for my Pilates studio to open again in September, I'm doing some new type of physiotherapy. It's called the Bobath Method - you may want to check it out on Google if you're interested. It's very famous in England and has been used mainly to help children with CP as well as stroke or brain-hemorrhage survivors like me. It seems to work and make me feel less of a useless sack of potatoes!

While I don't have osteoporosis or, osteoarthritis, I do have Hydrocephalus n' Epilepsy. My exercises of choice, are (Road)biking and (Ten-Pin) Bowling.

Hey Chris you sure sound fit to do road Cycling! Well sadly the Pilates has had to be put on hold as my body decided to go down hill and have been very poorly with my Osteo-porosis & Fibro. May give it another go when I feel 90% stronger until then on hold! Feel like a total waste of space!
