Poet's Corner

Why am I lonely,
why does it cut like a knife,
I don't want to be phoney,
when I have so much in my life.
But thoughts cause confusion,
they race through my head,
are they just an illusion,
while in pain on my bed.

Poems are a good way of expressing yourself, so don't feel bad, just let them flow!

Flu

Flu sneaks up on you in the dead of night
and raps it's self around your body
Only do you realise when you wake
that your in for a horrible faight.

Your poor bones ache
your head so foggy it's like when, where who!
Your really in a mess you don't know what to do
As for your nose! it can't decided whether to run or bung up
All you can do lie on the settee and give in to flu
Wait till it's had enough of you, until then your just out of luck!
