Like Dolly Parton, in that they both have 'staying power', here's Cher, with 'Believe'. When this first came out, everyone thought she was singing through a 'Vocoder' a device that had been around for years. In fact it was the first use of digital "Autotune", much loved later, by rappers and R n B acts.
