Dropping full cup of hot coffee in your lap AAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

My computer not save any of my work... well it says it is but it not ..... the files empty when I come to open it
I have had to redone all my work yet again twice in one week its not saved so thrid time lucky and got another infection and flued up so not got any energy.....
I want to scream

AAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!
