probly watching to see which side win
have been out in garden relaxing,trouble is cant stay out in hot weather to long as I get very weak .adopted son came for visit was nice to see him

I watched the Cup for half an hour..it didnt move from the Saucer xxxx :lol:

Early start for the Gym...steam room ( mistake with this hot weather).....breakfast......relaxation of the Sunday kind xxxx

compt playing up ..it keeps frezzing on me..so might have to nip of site to sort it out,.not that I have any idea how to do that

Unfortunately my paraglide got cancelled yesterday because of the rain. I'm now waiting to hear when I'll next be able to fly. So I get to go through all of the build up and nerves again, ooooh yippee :ohmy:
