Typical Sunday...awoke feling frisky...went to Gym...hours workout on the bike..steam room.....put Lamb Shank on slow cook...... xxxx

Borrowed a Filipinit carer to change my bed linen.

Put washing in machine.

Forgot to check if machine had finished.

Remembered it must have done about an hour earlier.

Shoved clean washing in the dryer.

Folded clean washing and put it away.

Cold chicken and salad for lunch.

Working day in South West London.....Bromley and Orpington......
Runner beans ( my fav. ) for dinner mmmmmm

Oh what a boring life I lead.

Get up.

Sort out dogs.

Check fridge and freezer.

Go across the road to get more salad stuff.

Spend most of the day on the computer.

And still forget to reply to one hundred and fifty thousand urgent emails.

In other words, same as usual
