Typical Sunday...awoke feling frisky...went to Gym...hours workout on the bike..steam room.....put Lamb Shank on slow cook...... xxxx

Sort out dogs.
Check fridge and freezer.
Go across the road to get more salad stuff.
Spend most of the day on the computer.
And still forget to reply to one hundred and fifty thousand urgent emails.
