Done the Gym thing ...after a bit of a lay-in....breakfast upon return....relaxed since xxxx :whistle:

Feeling relaxed and awaiting the storm i have created by dodging my nephrology appt. Yea i know i know but im a coward and im truly terrified of the kidney quack as he never says anything good. I went for a renal blood workup and that will tell me if owts wrong so that will have to suffice for now. The family is all cool except his nibs who is fighting with his mother god help me! I would have thought losing his dad would have stopped this sort of silliness but they are both so stubborn... well i do try to keep the peace but im unwell myself so im finding it tough of late. hope everyone is well XXX:kiss:
