have not had vey good day, first eldest sister gets better after infection it is very rare for her to get ill then learnt yesterday other sister taken in to hospital with small hole in lung It feels like all my family and friends are having probs I some times wish I was a loner and did not love family and friends as it is upsetting if they are ill or have other probs going on

Office bound this morning...pm to Dartford and Erith...took time out for a spot of lunch at Harvesters,which is unusual...salad cart was fine...
sat near Vicky Pollards two sisters and laughing under breath at their conversation...At one point one asked the other..Whats you favourite food in the whole world ????

I spent an hour on a new machine they had at the gym today. I had to come off after an hour as I felt sick..... It's brilliant , it does, Mars, kit-kat, Twix:whistle:

Now i really have to get to a gym that has one of those lol :woohoo: :lol: :silly: :whistle: :S

Did the Kent run today....Folkestone......Ashford....Tenterden....Cranbrook.....Tunbridge Wells....Not stopped ,apart from Tes Romm en route....Now into three fresh pancakes xxxx :silly:
