I have missed a chair and hurt myself but not because sombody moved it ..hope bum gets better soon

Gym first thing....breakfast of cereal and coffee....Fed up with Norton downloads slowing up laptop so deleted and downloaded avg and zonealarms ( fingers crossed)....Spent a bit more cash on ebay xxxx;) :whistle:
