Those two remind me of my Dad He had a saying for everything and I still use them now. I hate to say it but who would not be British? I love the old snobbery - thee underrstatement and banality in the name of good manners!

I probably was a lousy teacher myself Will but I'm still not sure if I agree with the idea that kids should decide whatt they shoould be taught in school. I still tthink 3R's allows childreeen to access imformation that they need and want later in life. Thought provoking track though!

I don't like children much, but...

I don't know if it is just me but when I go into the forum I have to go through really old comments on some sites going back years. I realise some topics lend themselves to some sort of history but the weather? Last few weeks yes but years no. I want to know what other people are experiencing on the same day, week not last year! It also makes my arms and hands ache! Grrrrrrr.....Sending me insane!
