Im 61 and I cant walk much at all. I have to use a cane or walker for a very very short walk or use my scooter for most for most of my getting around. I have vascular disease and i live in pain and a lot more so if I try walking much.

I am a highly sensitive person, that has lost all but 1 family member in the past few years. I had a lot I was going to write down on here but decided not to. If you would like to get to know me, then send me a message. I am new to this website, and I am not yet sure how things work. I am hoping to find someone to talk to on here. COPD, Gastroparesis, cervical spine disc degeneration, PTSD, to name a few. Going from 187 lbs down to 113 lbs is not a good thing. Which has me having to use a walker and sometimes a wheelchair now because I have become very weak from all the weight I keep losing. Getting old is no fun when you are struggling physically and emotionally 24/7.
