My name is Julia and I come from Sweden. I am completely blind, but I do not let my disability stop me from accomplishing my goals. I use the computer with the help of a screen reading software called JAWS. This software translates everything that's on the screen into braille that I can then read with a special braille display that is connected to the computer. I have a Master's degree in Human Ecology. Generally, I am more of a listener than a speaker, but I always enjoy interacting with people and discussing a wide range of topics.

I hope your day/evening is going well. I am in search of a genuine pen pal. Is there anyone else out there searching for the same? Am hoping to correspond with anyone who understand that a person's ability has nothing to do with physical appearance. Am searching for a friend who will not just talk to you in a week and vanish afterwards. Although, we are in different time zones but i believe with trust, understanding and dedication we can make it.

I'm 31 yr old male from the UK previously worked as a physiotherapist. I'm currently mostly housebound trying to stay positive and aim to recover to some degree. I'm a friendly outgoing and sociable person. Would like a general chat, get to meet new friends with any disabilities. Don't take things too seriously and have a good sense of humour despite me always looking miserable in a photo lol.
Type of Disability

After a long battle with a brain tumour when I was 14, I’ve developed short term memory loss, epilepsy, visual impairments. Also restricting me to progress career wise. I would like to chat with people in similar situations to have a bit of comfort and share ideas and tips on things.
Type of Disability

I like talking about random stuff, pretty much everything under the sun. I'm very relaxed and open minded so we could talk about anything. At the moment I have a huge interest in Immunology. I passed my practical driving test on the day some would consider unlucky, Friday the 13th. I don't really have a specific taste in music but if you really want an answer that breaks it down a little, then it has to be the 70s, 80s, and 90s!
Type of Disability
Depression / Anxiety
I'm 34 and married.
I was talking to my sister about our mysterious stories the other day. We were walking when I was still in darkness, I felt tired and sit down the place then my sister found her CD she lost 6 years ago next to me.
My mom's coworker was Spiritual lightworker, my mom talked to her about me and she knew about me. One day whe she was taking a shower, she heard the
voice and she wrote down on paper and gave me. It said "Dear child,
I sincerely thank you for your brave and pure soul. It must have been painful. It must have been hard. Now, if you see a straight path of light in front of you, believe in that path of light and go forward on that path of light. My dear child, I love you from the bottom of my heart. From father."
I don't know if she really heard the voice but since then I was beginning to interested in Christianity.
Easy going, non dramatic, love to chat
