Good Old Days

I was brought up in a roman cathlic orphanage
the nuns there and at another place wore habits
they tryed to stop us picking up bad habbits.. so we never saw what they wore underneath there habits..lol

looking back on it..when I was having my mental breakdown and crawling back to times and places where I had never felt such deverstaing pain.hurt and belwilderment and inside screaming for help.. I turned to the cathlic sisters.. the mother surperior was wonderfull and spent a lot of time with me on the phone
my family where all baptised C/E..(how we landed up in a roman cathlic orphanage is another story ) ps I can laugh about a lot of things that where quite quuirky in the orphange because of the religion
can anybody remember using carbolic soap to wash themselfs with

I was a novice for a time, but could not convince Mother Superior I was serious,I went back many times,they gave me vital support when I needed it.
