my furry friend

You spent your life by my side
but now your gone all I can do is cry.
You've left a hole in my heart
our memories are all I've got.
the times we played the fun we had
you protected us from all things bad.

My furry friend I want you to know
that we will all miss you so.

A deesent bloke, he took the tyme
to reed dem early werks of mine.

He nevar mocked me, never larfed,
maid me feel I wasn't daft.
His luv of langwidge inspired like hell,

A beautiful day said the gardener to me
beautiful no doubt, a day to remember
what was contemplate what is to be.

Old friends long gone, lovers I no longer see
now time has quenched each fiery ember
what matters beauty to such as me?
