You seem to have stuck gold as far as the people here are concerned. Interesting content and well achieved I liked the rhyme spiral/suicidal!

Wanted to write this for Saunter in memory of Cesar....
my furry friend
You spent your life by my side
but now your gone all I can do is cry.
You've left a hole in my heart
our memories are all I've got.
the times we played the fun we had
you protected us from all things bad.
My furry friend I want you to know
that we will all miss you so.

Too Late
A beautiful day said the gardener to me
beautiful no doubt, a day to remember
what was contemplate what is to be.
Old friends long gone, lovers I no longer see
now time has quenched each fiery ember
what matters beauty to such as me?
