Stroke Survivor
I am a 45 yr old married woman from Columbia SC that's looking to meet a new friend that is a Stroke survivor or have similar challenges. Someone that understands when you're going through things physically, mentally or spiritually without judging but with encouragement and understanding. This is all new to me and I get scared and agitated at timesbut I am otherwise easygoing and cheerful person. . I was a psychology major at one point (ironic huh?) so, I enjoy the talks. I also like arts and crafts(I try my hands at painting). I am also well, I was, studying to speak Japanese. Not so much now since my STROKE in Aug of 2018. Hope I can find a loving person for a long lasting friendship. Since that seems to be rare these days. By the way, I am a new grandmother of a now 3 month old. One of the reasons why I do smile.

Shut in don't drive anymore, function physically slower than used too. But I am well educated and intelligent +++, high IQ but socially cut off in rural area. No disabled programs available in my area. Looking for other high cerebral functioning friends with physical disabilities. I'm friendly, sweet and fun. Hoping to find friends in my area as well to go do activities. Yes I am single and have learned self love and self esteem through adversity and quiet reflection. Lonliness is a state of mind, not a state of being...imagination , spirit of heart and ingenuity are tools to battle any affliction. Just say Hello. Still working on loud noises ( earplugs work excellent though) ;-)
