My name is Alex I am 28 years of age. I have been diagnosed with bi polar a few years ago and it took me long time to accept i have a mental health problem. I enjoy music, a good book, socializing, writing, going out for a coffee with like minded people where we can have a great convo and enjoy each others company and since i'm disabled and cant work I try to make the best of my life by learning music, quitting smoking, and be involved in a community where i feel i belong.

I was on crutches august 2003 to June 2008 when put In a wheelchair for life due to several knee problems, tendon problems, back injury, now having neuro tests as problem there too and I am partially deaf .
